Vineyard site: Cypress Vineyard, Gimblett Gravels, Hawke's Bay

Winemaking: The grapes were hand-picked and 100% destemmed, then fermented in small stainless steel vats and left on the skins for three weeks before maturing in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Alcohol content: 12.5%
