Winemaking: The Colombo Pinot Noir was made from hand-picked grapes from the 22 year old home block. The grapes were fermented in small stainless tanks with 10% whole bunch fermentation before maturing in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Alcohol content: 12.5%
Closure: Screw cap
