Vineyard site: Colombo Vineyard, Martinborough
Winemaking: Single-vineyard Pinot Noir from our Colombo home block, established in 1999. Fermented on skins for three weeks, including 10% whole-bunch fermentation, and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. This wine offers a rich and complex profile, featuring ripe red fruit flavors, hints of oaky vanilla, and a touch of spice.
